dEVELOPMENT PHASE
We provide customized services such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control. To avoid costly mistakes and substandard solutions, pre-project services such as feasibility and value studies, and post-project services such as operation and maintenance after handover, are also included in our real estate development phase.
dESIGN PHASE
While we design, and execute different kind of building with different facilicites such as transportation, education, cultural, healthcare, high rise, wellness & residential, commercial, public, and industrial buildings , we care for the ethic and aesthetic values. We use 2D and 3D design software at an advance level and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to make accurate project solutions with maximum performance and minimum error.

We are aware that we put additional value to your building and environment by meeting new requirements, local and international standards. We investigate for potential savings and environmental advantages by using alternative building components, construction methods and software programmes. We can also work according to green building certifications such as Leed & Bream which are another way to showcase your focus on sustainability to prospective tenants and investors.
CONSULTANCY
We work with different Consultants according to the scope and needs of the project to take expert advice on special issues such as facade, lighting, acoustics, fire safety, landscape and facility management.

We manage project design and technical coordination between engineering disciplines to oversee day-to-day construction operations and subcontractor productivity during construction.
